The wine region of Guenoc Valley is located in the region of Lake County of California of United States. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Guenoc or the Domaine Langtry Estate produce mainly wines red, white and natural sweet. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Guenoc Valley are Marsanne et Chardonnay, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Guenoc Valley often reveals types of flavors of non oak, earth or microbio and sometimes also flavors of vegetal, oak or spices.
In the mouth of Guenoc Valley is a powerful with a nice balance between acidity and tannins. We currently count 3 estates and châteaux in the of Guenoc Valley, producing 7 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Guenoc Valley go well with generally quite well with dishes of beef, lamb or game (deer, venison).
